Shipping Policy


Federal regulations require New Enterprises Company’s Restore-Rite™ products to be shipped by ground transportation. They do not qualify for expedited shipping.

 

Freight can be deducted from invoices for orders of $2,000.00 or more, if shipped within California and paid within 10 days of ROG (receipt of goods). To qualify for prepaid freight on orders shipped outside of California, freight can be deducted if the order totals more than $2,500.00 and is paid within 10 days of ROG.

 

In the lower 48 states of the USA, Restore-Rite™ products can only be shipped by ground transportation. Sea transportation can be arranged to Hawaii via a freight transporter located near the Restore-Rite™ warehouse at 2192 West Winton, Hayward, CA 94545. Otherwise, all freight charges will be FOB Hayward, CA.

 

Orders also can be will-called at the warehouse at 2192 West Winton, Hayward, CA. Please schedule pick-up allowing a minimum of 2 hours after the order is placed.

 

RETURNS

Buyer may return any product within 10 days from the date of receipt. This right of return only applies if:

 

(1)     The product has not been used or tempered with, and is otherwise in suitable condition for resale,

(2)    Buyer obtains written authorization from a representative of Restore-Rite before returning the product, and

(3)     Buyer is responsible for paying any costs involved in returning the product.

 

There will be a 20% restocking charge for all returns. A credit memo of 80% of the purchase price will be issued if the product is returned in good condition within 10 days of receipt of goods.
